Wendy K.S. Berman is the owner of and chief designer at iron blender studios, an award-winning design and marketing studio founded in 2000. She has over ten years of experience in design and marketing for print, web and other media. Her knowledge of both design and marketing ensure that the end result makes sense – in short, that business objectives are met. Although she works primarily as a one-woman show, she collaborates regularly with others who are appropriate for the project at-hand. Most notably, Wendy was the Marketing Manager for Hatmaker where she worked with Tom Corey, an internationally-recognized designer and branding guru behind familiar logos and branding for networks such as Nickelodeon, MTV, Cartoon Network, TV Land, and FX. Her career also includes a stint at Planet Interactive, an interactive design agency, followed by some time as a Consumer Marketing Manager for SmarterKids.com at the height of the eCommerce revolution. Her work experience ranges from strategy brainstorming to logo and advertising design to web site design and development. Wendy earned a BA in Graphic Communications from Franklin Pierce College where she served on the Alumni Board of Directors for seven years. |
